Great news from Under the Big Top! 

The EEU's 9th Annual Dinner and Auction raised $578,000!!!  

Thank you so much for supporting the Experimental Education Unit fundraising dinner and auction and celebrating “The Greatest School on Earth”!  We hope you had a wonderful evening under the Big Top with the extended ‘family’ of the EEU!  With your help, the 9th annual EEU auction raised $578,000!!!!  

Throughout the night, guests were entertained with hundreds of items for bidding, circus treats, carnival games, and even a photobooth to capture everyone's favorite memories from the EEU Circus! Thanks to our friends at the School of New Circus Arts (SANCA) guests were wowed by circus performances including jugglers, unicyclists, and even a hanging tissue artist!

It was definitely a grand night Under the Big Top, and all funds raised will ensure the EEU can continue to provide high quality early education to young children with and without disabilities. In addition to supporting the children, families, and teachers of the EEU, funds from the night will help improve special education across our country by disseminating best practices and training future teachers and researchers. 

The evening bid a special farewell to the EEU's Star of the Show Jennifer Annable who after 25 years at the EEU will be traveling to her next show, continuing her commitment to the community.  In her honor, the Raise the Paddle portion of the evening went directly to the Jennifer Annable Endowment, which directly benefits teacher salaries.  Thanks to a very generous anonymous  donation of $100,000, we were able to raise $257,177 for the Jennifer Annable Endowment!  A huge thanks to all of our guests for such an amazing level of participation!
